In 1982, Dr. Maria E. Castillejos started her ophthalmological practice in San Diego, California. In 1997, Dr. David Castillejos and Dr. Maria E. Castillejos joined forces to establish the Castillejos Eye Institute, an ophthalmology group servicing the Southern California communities.
